This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on shaarya.com, operated by GROWMORE ENTERPRISES. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
During sale periods, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3 to 5 business days.
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days.
- Remote or rural areas: 7 to 10 business days.
These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather disruptions, or local restrictions.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment. GROWMORE ENTERPRISES reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to the courier partner's tracking portal. You can track your order status at any time using the tracking details provided.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. GROWMORE ENTERPRISES will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply for returned orders due to address errors.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer will need to bear any re-shipping charges for redelivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is reported lost in transit, please contact us at support@shaarya.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our courier partner and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund as applicable.
8. International Shipping
At this time, Shaarya Jewellery does not offer international shipping. We ship only within India. We hope to expand our shipping reach in the near future.
